Desde niña sentí una fascinación por detener el tiempo. Me cautivaban los pequeños detalles, las sonrisas espontáneas y esas emociones que, en un instante, se convierten en recuerdos para toda la vida.Ever since I was a girl I've been fascinated by stopping time. I was captivated by small details, spontaneous smiles, and those emotions that, in an instant, become memories for a lifetime.

Antes de dedicarme por completo a la fotografía, construí una carrera profesional en la industria farmacéutica, donde obtuve una maestría y lideré áreas de calidad y cumplimiento regulatorio. Esa disciplina, el compromiso con la excelencia y la atención a cada detalle siguen siendo parte de quien soy y están presentes en cada sesión que realizo.Before devoting myself entirely to photography, I built a career in the pharmaceutical industry, where I earned a master's degree and led quality and regulatory compliance. That discipline, the commitment to excellence and the attention to every detail are still part of who I am, and they are present in every session I do.

En 2009 decidí seguir la pasión que siempre había vivido dentro de mí. Desde entonces, he tenido el privilegio de retratar a cientos de familias, parejas, niños y mujeres. Pero con el paso de los años descubrí que mi verdadero propósito iba más allá de crear fotografías hermosas: era ayudar a las mujeres a redescubrir la belleza que muchas veces olvidan ver en sí mismas.In 2009 I decided to follow the passion that had always lived inside me. Since then I have had the privilege of photographing hundreds of families, couples, children and women. But over the years I discovered that my real purpose went beyond making beautiful photographs: it was helping women rediscover the beauty they so often forget to see in themselves.

No hablo únicamente de la belleza física. Hablo de la fortaleza, la valentía, la esencia y la historia que cada mujer lleva consigo. Como sobreviviente de cáncer, aprendí que la verdadera belleza no desaparece con las cicatrices; al contrario, muchas veces nace de ellas.I don't mean only physical beauty. I mean the strength, the courage, the essence and the story every woman carries with her. As a cancer survivor, I learned that true beauty does not disappear with scars — on the contrary, it is often born from them.

Por eso, cuando una mujer entra a mi estudio, no veo simplemente a una clienta frente a mi cámara. Veo una historia de esfuerzo, de sacrificios, de pérdidas, de logros y de resiliencia. Veo a alguien que merece ser celebrada.That is why, when a woman walks into my studio, I don't simply see a client in front of my camera. I see a story of effort, of sacrifice, of loss, of achievement and of resilience. I see someone who deserves to be celebrated.

Mi misión es crear mucho más que retratos. Quiero que cada mujer pueda verse con la misma admiración con la que yo la veo detrás del lente; que descubra su fuerza, recupere su confianza y conserve un recuerdo que le recuerde, cada vez que lo mire, quién es realmente.My mission is to create far more than portraits. I want every woman to see herself with the same admiration I see her with from behind the lens; to discover her strength, recover her confidence, and keep an image that reminds her, every time she looks at it, who she really is.
